Hi, I have borrowed and repaid three loans so far on prosper, on time each month, and paid back in full early. The first loan was for $5,000 and the second and third ones were for $25,000 each. The purpose of this fourth loan of $25,000 is for a bridge I would like until February 2009 - I receive a bonus in February, and I plan to repay this loan at that time. I reserve the right to continue to hold the loan for the 3 years, but I will never be late and I will always repay. I want to keep a minimum balance in my account in Germany in order to avoid fees and to be eligible for the premium service. This makes it easier for me to manage my property there. This loan will be fully covered by the rental on my property in which I have 65% equity. I would like to have the option of having some more cash free until I receive my guaranteed bonus in February. I am a lender on prosper with $100,000 in loan value. I earn 6 figures and sometimes 7 figures I own my own home and have 3 properties all with tenants I net more than $20,000 per month not including bonuses and use less than half of that for living expenses. Thus, more than $10,000 available each month to pay back my loan. In addition, I have more than $1 million in liquid investments. I have never been late and I will never be late in making payments. I am in stellar financial condition and I will keep it that way. I will pay you back on time or earlier. My first loan on prosper was for $5,000 and funded at 8.05%; second one was $25,000 at 10%, and third one was $25,000 at 8.95%; all paid back in full and never late.
