I am seeking a loan to pay off a tax bill and a prior prosper loan with nearly a 30% interest rate. I have a perfect payment history on my current prosper loan and all my open accounts are current. Unfortunately, due to a messy divorce a few years ago and the resulting fiscal disputes, my credit score is not strong.
