First of all I would like to thank everyone who bid on my last listing, I really appreciate your help, unfortunaely 17.09% is way to high, I already know I can get a much lower rate. If you look at my credit profile it shows that I always pay my bills on time and have no deliquencies. I have also listed the previous questions & answers at the bottom of this listing. If you have any further questions please ask. A friend of mine told me that I could probably get a better rate here on Prosper than at the bank. Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate all of the credit cards and a personal loan into one lower monthly payment. I plan to cut up all of the credit cards except for one Mastercard with a rate of 7%, to have if there were an emergency. This will enable me to put back more for savings, also I would like to start investing in prosper. My financial situation: My husband pays everything except for these few bills and my car note, (which will not be included in this, due to the fact that it will be paid off next year, and it is a 0% interest rate.) As you can see by my credit profile, I always pay my bills on time, and have no deliquencies. My monthly net income: $2520.00 (this does not include my husbands) Car/gas expenses: $50 Food: $600.00 Credit Cards & personal loan: $515 Car note: $469 Q: Would you please itemize the balances, interest rates and payments of the debt you will be paying off? Also, why is DTI not calculated on your listing? Thanks. -evisha A: 1)$779.77 22.37% $33.00 2)$611.30 21.24% $15.00 3)$951.62 12.84% $51.62 4)$6081.83 8.99% $346.00 5)$1003.89 18.00% $50.00 Total= $9428.41 Current payments= $495.62 The reason my DTI is not listed is because I do not receive a check stub, and my husband did not want me to fax or mail a copy of our tax returns. I believe it is around 42% though. (Jul-06-2008) Q: You state you are a homeowner. How much is your monthly mortgage payment? Is your mortgage rate fixed? -sclaus A: Yes it is a fixed rate 15 yr mortgage. My husband pays the mortgage, but I believe it is around 1200.00 a month (Jul-11-2008) Q: Can you tell us a little about what you do for a living? -JmaThree A: Customer Service, & data entry (Jul-12-2008) Q: Hi, why you DTI is not calculated? -Trust123 A: Hi, the reason my DTI is not calculated is because I do not receive a check stub & my husband did not want me to fax or email our tax information. (Jul-12-2008) Q: hi is your friend a lender on prosper? if so why not endorse as friends. -captaincaveman2 A: No she heard about it on TV. She has thought about becoming a lender, but is still researching. (Jul-12-2008) Q: Are you self employed? I guess I don't understand how it is that you don't receive a paycheck stub. Do you receive a W-2 statement to prove income to Prosper? You could probably lower your interest rate several points with a DTI showing -dtpilot A: I work for a small office, and I am paid with a personal check. I do receive a W-2 showing my income. If I can't get the rate that I am willing to pay on prosper, I will go with the bank rate. (Jul-12-2008) |
