WHY THIS IS A GOOD LOAN: HAVE NO LATE PAYMENTS!! HAVE IMPROVED TWO CREDIT GRADES SINCE LAST PROSPER LOAN!! HAVE A FULL TIME JOB THAT MEETS MY NEEDS!! HAVE A 3-YEAR-OLD PART-TIME BUSINESS THAT IS FINALLY READY TO EXPLODE!! This is a re-list. I now increased the interest rate to 30%, because I have high demand for the new cardiovascular organic product, and I desire to accommodate this demand as quickly as possible. The majority of the money to be borrowed is earmarked for profitable inventory. I have been a resident of Orange County, California for 25 years living mostly in Huntington Beach, Westminster and now Garden Grove. Some of my personal credit is paid by the business, because it is business credit. My business sells through alternative health professionals. I have generated some sales of the new cardiovascular product ($1,036 within the first month), but lack sufficient inventory and a written (short) presentation that tells the story: things that will be remedied by the brochure, website and added inventory. The demand for my cardiovascular product is high, because it works. Following funding by Prosper, projected sales (conservative) of the just new cardiovascular product alone (first three months) is $10,360 and that will grow rapidly. The kids? probiotics should also follow suit once the new website is uploaded. CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: Heart disease is the number 1 killer of Americans. I am positioned with a brand new cardiovascular organic product that actually reduces arterial plaque. I have the best new line of probiotics for children, infants and adults that is doctor recommended. I also have the best morning sickness remedy on the market. I want to make better use of the phone, and avoid the time and expense of preparing and mailing information packets to prospective accounts. I also need inventory to back up my marketing efforts, particularly with some of the larger health food stores. |
