Purpose of loan: I am requesting this loan to perform a light remodel of my restaurant dining area as well as install a new air conditioning system for the business. Overview Of Business: My restaurant business has been in operation for over 7 years, and we continue to grow each year. I own two restaurants, one is a local well know fine dining Thai restaurant and the other is located in a food court in a very popular shopping mall. Our total sales for the two locations now consistently exceed $60,000.00. I need an additional funds to complete my restaurant improvements which will allow me to continue to grow my business. Comments On Credit: I have strong credit, which at times I use in my business. The one current delinquency I have for $83.00 is due to an online payment malfunction on my Visa. This payment as already been made to clear this up. I have had this card for 12 months and have never been late. (So much for online banking!) The restaurant?s cash flow will be providing the funds to make this Prosper loan payment - with plenty of cushion to spare. Thank you to all of the lenders for your consideration and bids.
