Relist: Last loan 24% funded with just hours to go. Purpose of loan: To Pay off AMEX & Citi Card. Amex interest rate of 14.99% and Citi card interest rate of 12.99%. As you will see from my last loan, I've gone from about $1,500 on my credit cards to over $20K. I actually only owe $13,768 in CC debt now. I made a recent payment of $7,300 from cashing out several saving CD's that I had that finally matured. In that new CC debt is a new AC Unit, the old one went out in the middle of last summer. That wasn't very pleasant, especially since we live in Florida with high humidity. Repairs on our Florida room (Screened in Patio), new water softener, New high efficiency washer and dryer, New kitchen, (Stove, dishwasher, & Refrigerator). New entertainment center & finally a new sofa, love seat, chair, and coffee table. You can say that we pretty much tried to pump the economy up. My financial situation: I pay all my bills on time. I've made 12 on time payments on my current Prosper loan. I like to stay at least two months ahead of schedule on all my debts. Either keeping that money in the bank until the bill is received or thankfully prosper will allow us to make the next payment in advance. Nonetheless Quicken is great for helping keep track of this stuff. I've been employed with the same stable company for almost 15 years. I've never had any DQ's and never had a late payment in my life. I'm pretty anal when it comes to that sort of thing. The income listed is only my half of the household income. The house doesn't show on my credit report because the mortgage is only under my spouses name. Recent credit inquiries total 5. We were planning on refinancing our mortgage to include me on the mortgage as well. That turned out to get us nowhere. My spouse already had a better fixed rate on the mortgage than we could get now. So we nixed that idea. Monthly net income: $2400 after taxes Monthly expenses: $ 2088.00 Housing: $ 460.00 Insurance: $ 230, both car insurance and home insurance. Car expenses: $ 150, gas and maintenance. Car is paid off in full. Utilities: $ 250 Phone, cable, internet: $ 150 Food, entertainment: $ 350 Credit cards and prosper loan: $ 498. This is my minimum payment. I always pay more than the minimum. |
