Purpose of loan: This will be my second prosper loan. Once again, I will use these funds for continued management and improvement of a small farm. My financial situation: I have a wonderful career. I make a good living and do not over extend myself financially. I work in the financial industry and understand the importance of keeping payments currrent. I also have 36 prosper loans in my prosper portfolio. I am big believer in social lending. I paid my first prosper loan in a timely manner, and due to some other investments I was able to pay off my first loan early. This loan is a safe investment as I have enough funds in the stock market to cover the amount of this loan. I choose not to touch my funds in the market as they will hopefully earn a return equal to or greater than the interest I will pay on this loan.
