Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to remodel my investment cabin. My investment cabin is located at www.sneakawaycabin.com. The items I need to replaced are: (1) first floor deck (structured damaged at the base due to weather), (2) kitchen floor and counter, (3) king bed, (4) couch and a few small accessories. I have owned the cabin since February 2004, and it was originally built in early 1998. I enjoy keeping the cabin well up to date. My financial situation: I am an excellent candidate for this loan because I am responsible and I show it by paying all of my bills on time. My cabin generates an average of $34,000 per year of revenue, $5,000 per year gross profit, and 8% growth per year of equity. I feel I have a solid investment here and I have five years of positive numbers from owning it. I have also own a water treatment company as well as a consulting service. I am coming to prosper for this loan because I do not want to refinance my first mortgage with the cabin. Since the cabin is a investment property most banks will not offer me a second mortgage. I plan to use my cabin gross profit of $400 per month to cover this loan aggreeement. |
