Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? buy at least 3-5 rental properties this year. i am a new investor and am very motivated in getting started in real estate investing. My financial situation: Good news!! I have acquired 10 of the original 20,000 dollars that I initially requested. I just need $10,000 more. Thanks to all the lenders out there who believe in me and what I am doing. By the way, I'm the lady on the right in the picture. I feel that I am a good candidate for this loan because? i am an active duty service member. i do own a home with my husband who is also active duty. we actually do very well as far as our income goes, but unfortunately, i regret to say that after all these years in the military, i have not been able to save up money to do what i am striving to do now. i am getting my name taken off of my husband's mortgage loan now so that it will open up doors for me to get more money through traditional financing. even though it may seem that i have alot of things on my credit report, i am still able to cover all of my expenses and more if need be. i am also an investor in two direct marketing business called Carbon Copy Pro @ www.oneyearplan.net/msflorida25 and www.website.ws/anointedgrowth. In the long run, between real estate and my direct marketing businesses, i will be financial free real soon. honestly, i really wish that i did not have to borrow money to get my first investment deals. i really don't like to owe people money. |
