It has taken awhile for me to realize that I need to get my credit together. Living for the moment was myself of the past. Others have done it too, but I have decided to square this off. I work alot and make plenty of overtime now. I am hoping to get a loan to pay off all the credit cards I have (zero them out and I have already cut them up), build a better history thru not using them therefore my score will go higher. I have my student loan that I have to pay but I have the U.S. dept. of education doing a automatic deduction of $80.00 monthly. I have tried to go other routes (banks) but I can't blame them for not having faith based on the score. I like this forum because there will be an automatic deduction and there is an early payoff ability. I would hope not to take the 3 years to pay off the loan, saving myself plenty of interest. I need to increase my credit score and paying off my cards (i know, i should've learn this before), pay off this loan (hopefully if I get one) and show that I have improved myself and become more responsible. I believe I'm a good candidate for this loan because I'm only borrowing what I could afford, I don't have the cards I'm paying off, I will be paying the loan off (hopefully) sooner than later, I have a job of more than 10 years and overtime is available for me to pay off the loan quickly and the focus I have is on getting my credit score better. Having a score under 550 is embarassing and need to be corrected. Baby steps first but I can do it. I hope someone out there is willing to give me a break and have faith in me. I won't betray it. All I ask for is a chance to correct the mistakes and bad judgment of the past. |
