Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay unanticipated high legal fees from an unexpected divorce. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have excellent credit, have always and will always pay all my debts in full. I have significant equity in my jointly owned house, (that could pay back this loan many times over), which will be available when this divorce is complete, (it is scheduled to finish this year). Additionally, I have significant funds in retirement from which I could borrow if needed. This is intended to be a shorter term loan which will be paid off in full when the divorce is finalized and my alternate sources of funds become available. |
