Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to place a down payment and closing costs on a condo or townhouse for my mother-in-law. She has been on her own since her husband died. She ran out of money and ability to live independently last year. My wife and I agreed to let her stay with us until she could get on her feet. She has secured a good job, but still struggles to find an apartment that is safe and has a low enough rent. I would like to get her started in a condo or townhouse where she can afford the payments and be in a good environment. And I would REALLY like to get back to normal around our house. Please help me out. Thanks. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I always pay my bills. I honor my debts and take them seriously. My debt to income ratio is higher than I would like it to be, but I need to get her in a place of her own sooner rather than later, so I will continue to pay down and improve that number over time. |
