With the funding of this loan, we will be consolidating other debt that we did not consolidate in our Prosper loan "Consolidating in Cedar Park" that closed almost 2 years ago. This consolidation will allow us to keep our outgoing payments the same (if not less), but increase our credit score, which opens up doors for many possibilities in starting our own business. Since the closing of our first loan, I have been promoted within the banking industry, almost doubled my income, helped my wife start working as a part time realtor, sold and bought a home and most importantly brought another son into our family. We have made timely payments on our first Prosper loan since November 2006. It is with the same priority to quality of life and a family-focused lifestyle that we are striving to successfully pay off debt and start a wedding business in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Our monthly net income is averaged ytd at $6000, not counting my wife?s realtor commissions (we can only technically count mine). Our mortgage is $1633 (piti), car payments and insurance total $850, utilities around $350, media & communications $220, grocery & entertainment just under $800. We have about $200 monthly going to college funds, investments & life insurance policies. We intend on paying off these accounts with these payments: Prosper $393, Citibank $290, Chase $30, Discover $50 & Best Buy $25. These balances add up to our requested amount. We appreciate the chance to once again improve our financial situation while moving toward our goal of a running start on our own business. |
