Purpose of loan: I helped my daughters finish their house in Anchorage by transferring their credit card debt to my credit cards about 16 months ago as I got 1.99% for 12 months. Those rates have since expired and now one of them is at 16.53%. The amounts are HSBC $4,700, Capital One $3,800. My financial situation: My income is high because I have a government retirement from my prior job (for life), and I have a six-figure income from my current job. The public record is a 2001 Chapter 7 bankruptcy due to divorce. The court ordered me to pay my ex her share of the pension in a lump sum even though that was not the law. The court would not stay the order on appeal so my lawyer advised bankruptcy since the Federal automatic stay would halt the state court order. I won on appeal, you can Google 03CA1880. I am both a Prosper lender and borrowing. The other expenses are son's college, son's allowance, and his truck payment. Monthly net income: $ 11,076 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1,875 Insurance: $ 150 Car expenses: $ 500 Utilities: $ 300 Phone, cable, internet: $ 300 Food, entertainment: $ 800 Clothing, household expenses $ 400 Credit cards and other loans: $ 410 Other expenses: $ 2,200 |
