Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay the deposit and first and last months rent on a 2 bedroom apartment. My husband and I have been sharing a 1 bedroom apartment with our son for almost the last year. We need more space, but the amount of money renters want up front is too much. We would have to save for 6 months or more to have enough. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have paid every single credit card and loan on time since I've had them. I don't let my balances get too high and I am very responsible with all of my other bills. |
