Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay the emergency assessments on the condominium building, since we need to paint the building, replace the elevator and other minor repairs, since the building is over 40 years old and has to have certain items updated. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have never been late on my mortgage, taxes, maintenance or any credit payment. I have been making installments towards the special assessment of $100 monthly. I have a small loan with my credit union [appr. $2,000] and have never been late with that.My credit card balance is less than $300 and I live a very frugal life. When the first special assessment, in 2006, was issued I sold my car to pay it. I do not have cable or a cell phone. I have been gainfully employeed, full-time for over 30 years. I currently have a retirement account, for public employess, with my employer. My 'debt to income' ratio is not acceptable to be eligible for any other type of loan. When I receive the loan from you I will, also, pay off my credit union loan. |
