Purpose of loan: As a recently married couple; we have two homes and we only need one. Unfortunately in this market, we have to sell our second home at a loss. While we tried renting this property for a while, it was losing more money than it will if we sell it with this loss. This loan will be used to cover the gap between the loan and the selling cost. My financial situation: We are good financial candidates for this loan because we both owned these homes prior to our marriage. The mortgage payments have been apart of our finances since the beginning of our marriage. Paying off this loan will help us free up the money that is tied up with the second home so that we can apply it towards building our lives together. |
