Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to help in funding an independent coffee shop located in a high traffic area of 40,000+ cars per day. The theme is Tuscany Italian and the layout includes a cafe along with drive-thru. Other products include gelato, panini sandwiches and authentic Italian pastries. This is the first shop of many to come. My financial situation: I plan to keep my full time position to assist in cash flow during the first year and my husband will run the store. Our business plan shows a break even cash flow in the first year, taking into account loan payments. By end of year 2 we anticipate enough cash flow to pay off the loan. Opening date is scheduled for August 2nd. |
