Hi there, I've been on here for a while and had a loan I'd just paid off. I haven't dabbled with the site/service too much. Right now I am basically just looking to see if I can make this work for my Real Estate activities instead of working w/ banks and hard money lenders. I am requesting a loan in order to work out a real estate transaction and time is off the essence. I will be netting a handsome profit once it's completed. As for myself, I'm a 35 yo (still) single guy (no kids, never married) w/ a very stable job w/ solid income (Masters degree in IT from a top school, 8 yrs experience in an excellent job mkt) and <5k personal debt. I am a homeowner with considerable equity. You will get a solid return on your money as I am 100% responsible in paying all of my obligations and am looking for some extra funds without going to a bank.
