About me: I am a mom of a 4yr old son. I am a technical research analyst and have been in the health insurance industry for 15 years. I have been with my employer for 4 years and enjoy my job. MY MONTHLY FINANCES: NET INCOME-$2550 RENT- $665 WATER - $50 ELECTRIC $180 HIGHEST PHONE- $40 GAS- $150 CAR INSURANCE-$100 DAYCARE-$280 FOOD- $200 1ST PROSPER LOAN-$40 MC CREDIT CARD-MINIMUM PYMNT $30 (I USUALLY PAY OFF BALANCE) AUTO PAYMENT $260.00 TOTAL MONTHLY EXPENSES - $1965 I do plan to keep my mortgage at $800 That will leave me with $500 to make the payments on my 2ND Prosper loan. FYI--- I do receive court appointed child support in the amount of $476 monthly but did not feel comfortable listing in my net income.
