Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to replace my rotten roof! I hired a handy man to replace some rotten boards along my roof line and he found that a whole section of my roof was rotten. Particle board was used under the shingles rather than plywood and it's thoroughly soaked. We're at the beginning of hurricane season and I need to fix this before the next big storm comes through! My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I've never made a late payment on anything (mortgage, car loan, credit card, etc.). I have solid employment, a good salary, but I just don't have the $5k saved up yet for a big expense like this. |
