My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because? I am in my best earning years in my 50's after a long career in management with well known companies.  I manage a well known Private Bank for a large region and have been doing so successfully for four years with my current employer and previously managing Bank of America's Private Bank and other financial institutions.  I am a re-hire at my current employer because of my excellent reputation in my business.  My bank is more profitable than ever since much of my competition has left the market because of poor underwriting standards.  I am a little tight personally because I am in a remodel at the home I have owned for over 15 years and I am making significant contributions to my 401K.  Most of my debt is related to my remodel.  I have significant investments from real estate bought at very low cost basises (with partners so I don't borrow against them) to a large 401k.  My home was formerly occupied by Gloria Swanson and I have gutted it to bring it up to current constrution standards and technology.  There aren't a lot of people that have the skill set I posess to run Private Banks making me in huge demand as the wealth management grows with our aging population.  I will never hurt for a high paying job.  My employer does not allow me to have questionable credit because of my position and my securities liscenses.  I can always turn off my 401 K deductions if I need more cash flow but don't want to give up the matching from my company.  I spend most of my time outside of work doing charity work as in the picture where I rode my bike from Huntington Beach to San Diego to raise $3million for MS research.  I have lived in California all of my life and Southern California since 1967 and in my current community since 1989.  I have a $899 car payment going away in a few months and I am not buying a new replacement.
