I am a 25 year old male. I have never been unemployed and have held at least one full time job since I was seventeen. I currently work a nine to five job as a distribution manager at a clothing warehouse making between $2100 - $2400 a month (net pay), as well as a year end bonus. I also work sleep-graves at group home for autistic males. I earn between $1100 - $1200 a month from this employer (net pay). I just paid off my previous loan from prosper. I paid it off early so that may acquire another one. The reason for this is last year I had some cosmetic dental work (dental implants), which was not covered by my health insurance. I used a credit card from a lender called Carecredit. The interest from this card is held in deferment for the first twelve months. The interest has been accruing at 21% and will be applied to my balance in October unless the remaining balance is completely paid off. The accrued interest will be in excess of $2600.The first $5400 of my loan will be used to pay off this balance. Also, I have a high interest rate credit card. That is what the remanding $8600 will be funding. With prosper I will be forced to pay off the balance in three years as opposed to a credit card company that would let me spend the rest of my life paying off the balance. I would prefer members of society benefit from my current status as opposed to some credit card corporation. I have enjoyed my previous experiences borrowing from prosper and look forward to becoming a lender in the future. I am a reliable individual and a sound investment opportunity.
