Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to set up my home office as well as settlement for last outstanding debts My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have had a prosper loan and paid it in full. I have been working on improving my credit and what is reflected by prosper (D score) is not a true representation of my credit worthiness. I had fallen on some bad times in the past due to separation and divorce. Those problems have been resolved. In addition, my salary has more than doubled since those days. In addition, I have remained current on all open accounts since then. I live in TX, and there is a cap on the amount for the interest rate, so I presume it will be difficult to get this loan. However, it is a sure thing as I have proven my ability to pay. I am a homeowner, and my bank account has been verified for EFT. This is a sure thing and I can tell you that funding this loan will result in payments on time, The items listed on my credit report are aged items that are in collection. The total listed is 6,500 and I am sure that I will be able to settle for a fraction of that amount. My financial status below does not list one very important factor. I have managed to save over 100k in my 401k over the past 5 years.
