Purpose of loan:

Pay off my remaining credit cards. (Chase, Lowes, RBFCU, Ashley Furniture)

My financial situation:

I believe I am a good candidate for this loan because I have gotten to the point in my life where I'm tired of being in debt and having credit card payments.

I have a very strong desire to become completely debt free in the next 7 years (minus the mortgage). This loan would allow me to pay off my credit cards and get out from underneath the high interest rates.

So far this year my fiancee and I have paid off $10,000 in debt thanks to our quarterly bonuses and tax returns.

I have a very steady job as a manager. I have been working at the same company for over 4 years.

I make $66,000 a year and my Fiancee makes $42,000 a year working at the same company.

We bought our first house together over 2 years ago and plan on getting married next year and starting a family soon after. We'd like to have as little debt as possible when we start that journey.

We're never late on payments and do not live beyond our means.

My monthly income is:  $3,707     (after taxes)
My Fiancee's is:           $2,458     (after taxes)
Monthly bills total:        $3,913
Monthly Food/Gas:          $770

Leaving us with $1,400 left over every month, which we currently put towards our highest interest rate loan.

Combined we make about $12,000 extra a year in bonuses, which goes towards one bill.

We have been in the process of raising our credit scores for 6 years now. We are finally getting up there to that "excellent" status and do not wish to ever go back to "between fair and poor". You can count on us making our payments on time, every time.

Thanks for your consideration.

 P.S.

I would have listed the interest rate higher, but Texas laws wont allow it :(
