Purpose of loan: I'm so close I can taste it. With the last Prosper loan I was able to drop my monthly payments considerably and with this loan I hope to be able to drop them even more. With the last loan I was able to pay off the windows and 403b loan. Since that time I have been hammering away at the car loan and home equity line. (the home equity line represents about 100K of the revolving credit. If the rate bids down low enough I should be able to pay off the Odyssey and start re-investing in Prosper. Since my last listing the revolving credit amount increased. It looks like that sent me from "AA" to "A". He has a side business in the summer and every year funds the inventory with the 1.99% and 3.99% courtesy checks from our joint accounts. They are probably 70% paid down already amd will be paid off completely in the next month or two. Of course it takes a couple months for the results to filter down to the credit reports. My Prosper friend wauwatosajimmy is doing great investing in Prosper and I plan on building a portfolio here too. I already have several loans as a lender but want more. I am a homeowner, an RN for 23 years and the retirement light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter. I am starting at the highest allowable rate hoping it will bid down if/when the request is fully funded. The DTI seems high, because all the bills are in both names and this doesn't figure in my husband's income of $92K My financial situation: I have been an R.N. for 23 years. I have never been out of work and have been with the same hospital, (Level one trauma hospital) for 15 years+. My husband makes $92K per year that is not reflected in these numbers. Our kids are getting older, heading to college and we have our eye on the early retirement prize. Monthly net income: $ 5,167 (plus hubby's $92K) Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 0.00 (hubby picks up the mortgage with his salary) Insurance: $ 150.00 Car expenses: $ 150.00 gas & maintenance only (payment is $414 but Hubby's income takes care of that) Utilities: $ 200.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 120.00 Food, entertainment: $ 200.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 100.00 Credit cards and other loans: $0 Other expenses: $ |
