Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? I will be purchasing my first home in a year or two and am looking to build some additional credit. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? My credit already excellent. I have 0 debt, no student loans, credit card debt, or monthly car payments. However; since I plan on buying a home in the next year or two I would like to build a history of making fixed monthly payments (other than credit cards which I always pay off in full every month). I worked through college, so I never had to take out any loans, and I've paid for every car I owned up front without any financing. I don't plan on doing anything with the money other than leave it in a high yield CD / Savings account. The only fixed expenses I have are as follows: Rent: 800 Utilities: 50 Gas: 150 Groceries: 150 Gym: 50 Cell Phone: 50 Car Insurance: 90 I am looking forward to buying my first home, and hopefully with your help I will be one step closer.
