Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to improve the exterior of the house. The house is 5 years old and the previous owner did not landscape. The backyard needs some work to drain the water out of the yard properly (trees to soak up the water, soil built-up around the foundation, new stain on the deck to prevent wood decay, etc.). My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because of the low risk. I decided to list on Prosper because of my previous experience borrowing on the site. My first loan will be paid off in less than 11 months. I am also a lender on the site. I believe it's a great way to help each other while earning extra income and/or keeping people from using credit cards or big banks. |
