I am requesting this loan because I have just purchased a house and as part of the mortgage we are going to build a garage. The mortgage company will not release the funds for the garage until it is completed and my contractor, whom I've grown up with requires half down and half at the end of work. So I am requesting a loan so I can pay my contractor to get work started and it will be repaid when construction is completed. I work at a local appliance store delivering appliances as well as in sales. I work 40+ hours a week and bring in minimum of $2,000/month and more depending on overtime. My sister and brother-in-law are paying my mortgage and the utilities because they live with me and their credit wouldn't allow them to purchase a house. I already have a Prosper loan and as you can see I am already a year ahead on payments. Also my credit card balance is paid in full every month but still shows up in my revolving credit.
