I have been selling Kirby vacuum cleaners door to door on commission for almost 12 years. 1 year and 8 months ago I promoted to my own franchise office. We outgrew our first office and moved into a new location in January of this year. Over the past 8 months we have noticed that our expansion is limited by our inventory. You can't sell a Kirby if you don't have to show. In our new location we don't have a problem recruiting new salespeople but we have reached a leveling out where our hiring is meeting our inventory which is meeting our overhead - It is making it hard for us to grow. If you look at my credit profile I am never late or fail to pay my bills. The few discrepencies on my report were mistakes that I did not know about and took care of as soon as I found out. My personal expenses are minimal I subscribe to the teachings of "The Millionaire Next Door," and "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" - all of my profits right now go back into my business. My credit changes faster than the creditors report. One day I will pay off all my credit cards to avoid interest and then I will use them to repurchase my inventory - my report simply shows them as all having high balances, it doesn't reflect the payoffs. My business has a quick turn over of cash flow. Most finance sales will be paid within 3 days to a maximum of 2 weeks. Right now the ones that take more than a week prevent our growth and stagnate our powerful dealers while they wait to get the machine replaced. I don't want more credit and I don't need more bills, but I must get my inventory and dealer power to higher than my new overhead to do more than break even each month - the inventory will only grow itself if it is greater, even in a small amount. So that is why I am trying this service. I want someone to look at my credit report and realize that I value paying my bills, most of them are on autopay so I don't have to worry about them. I have been an accomplished salesman in a difficult industry for 12 years and I also have 6 years of college that I attained while continuing to work. I run credit on customers every single day and I don't understand how I can have 45 statis accounts, none deliquent, 2 previous deliquent and banks don't understand I always pay my bills. I hope someone on here understands that, and until I can change it, you can benefit from the higher interest rate. That is my motivation to pay the money back quickly and reap a far greater reward in my own business growth. |
