About Me:
I have been married for 3 years and have a 15 year old son from my previous marriage. I am civil service employed by a suburban municipality as a Police Records Clerk and have been there for 14 years. My husband is a union journeyman residential carpenter for 18 years.

What this loan is for:
This will be my second Prosper loan. Due to the credit and mortgage crisis, residential construction has slowed to where my husband is only working 32 hours per week and once again we have been utilizing our low limit/high interest credit cards as a back-up. The prosper loan would payoff the high interest cards and pay down the rest enabling us to raise our credit scores to re-finance our Adjustable Rate Mortgage which is due to adjust August 1, 2008.

My income:
My gross monthly income at base pay is $4367.76. Our monthly net household average is approximately $6407.00.

Our Expenses:
Mortgages: $1,418.00 + $482.00
Vehicles: $1000 (2 vehicles)
Insurance: $171.54
Utilities: $450 (includes gas, electric, phone, satellite etc.)
Credit cards: $782
Food: $400
Gas: $350
Public Transportation: $158.25
Miscellaneous: $50
Personal loans: $210
My prosper loan $145
Husband?s prosper loan $250
Total monthly expenses: $5866.79

Paying off this loan:
We have remained current on everything, with exception to 2 medical collections I was just made aware of, but have not made any progress in getting the credit cards paid off. Eliminating the credit card debt will enable me to raise our credit scores to qualify for a fixed rate mortgage re-finance, create a savings account for a back-up, and prepare for our future.   Thank you so much for considering my listing.
