Purpose of loan: This loan will be used as working capital to keep my construction buisness operating. I started this company with no help from anyone and am to a point where buisness is great, but I am so spread out needing money to start new projects then waiting on checks for completed projects. very stressful, the old robbing peter to pay paul, its getting old. This money would allow me a little breating room and would be greatly appreciated. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have always paid my debits to everyone I have borrowed money from. It will allow me to get caught up on my monthly bills and fund future projects that will be starting soon. I will probably pay this loan back within one years time. P.S. The deliquency that just showed up on my credit report is my Lowes Store account of which will be paid on this week. To be honest as I said before I started this company with no help. I do all my bookkeeping, estimates, some hands on work, customer relations, banking, problem solving, etc. etc. I have missed some bills being paid on time because of this. This loan will also allow me time to get help with the bookkeeping and monthly bill paying chores.
