PLEASE HELP!...Pay off AMEX and pay for my wedding!!!

Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off an American Express balance so that my boyfriend of 6 years and I can finally start planning a wedding. In mid November, I called American Express and requested a credit line for my credit card to help my parents with some bills. The gentleman that I had spoken to had said that I was given a $14k revolving credit line (I had only asked for around $10k). I had thrown the paper with his name and date/time we had spoken away about 4 days before American Express called me and notified me that I owed them $10K in a week. They had no record of my conversation and it all went down hill from there. I went through 8 different reps and went to 2 supervisors to try and find my converstation. It's kind of hard to fight with a big company like them. After thirty days, they closed my account and sent the balance to a collections agency. I've since worked out a payment arrangement with the collections agency. I've made an agreement to make a payment of $300 a month (this has been taking place electronically since March), but AMEX is charging me over $280 in monthly fees and interest. Therefore all of the fees and interest are just washing my payments away! My great great grandchildren will still be paying this account off if I don't get it cleared soon! This loan will help me get that collections charge off off of my credit report and get it paid ASAP. Once this is cleared up, my boyfriend and I should be debt free and be able to afford a wedding. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I've NEVER been late for any of my bills and ALWAYS pay well over the minimum balance. Once this loan is funded, it's going straight to AMEX's collections agency. My parents have been giving me $300 each month for the AMEX payment and are willing to give me up to $400 a month for the Prosper loan since it was their debt to begin with. I also still live with my parents and am not responsible for rent which leaves me room to pay off my previous debt. I am a control freak who is very responsible with my income and this American Express mishap has me all out of whack. I am not a big spender and have recently picked up a 2nd job for extra financial security. With the economy and gas prices these days, I'd rather be safe than sorry. Also, my 2nd income will be more than enough to cover the Prosper loan as well. Outside of the AMEX, I have about $3,500 in credit card debt. The past four months, I've been on track with my goal to pay everything off by June '08. My pay is bi-weekly. My first paycheck goes towards my car expenses, insurance and misc spending. My second paycheck of the month goes towards my credit card debt. I've been doing this for four months and it's been a breeze. PLEASE BID ON MY LOAN AND HELP ME OUT OF THIS MESS.
