MonthlyHousehold Income/Expense Income ? Cindy; 3,000.00 Jody; 2,000.00 =Total $5,000.00 Expenses: House Payment 750.00 ; 2nd on Note 250.00; Jody?s Truck 460.00; Cindy?s Car 280.00; Bank Loans(3) 215.00; Utilities 235.00; Phone 60.00; Gas 400.00; Groceries 300.00; Personal 50 ea ppd 200.00; Insurance (Vehicles) 170.00; IRS 110.00; Student Loan 50.00; Credit Cards (2) 100.00; Tobacco 200.00; Doctor Bills/Meds 20.00; PayDay Loan Fees $1,030.00 (4,015.00 Loans plus fees) Total Monthly Expense $4,920.00 In addition to the payday loans, I have a creditor ? Professional Credit Services wanting a total of $1,030.00 for past due medical bills. Last month, my car was running rough and I had to put 120.00 into it ? bare necessities; I was late on my Student Loan in July ? that makes up the 12 delinquencies that are showing on my credit report. I am not late on my other monthly obligations and have not missed any payments. I borrowed the money to buy the house we are in, in the last stages the funding for 100% fell through and I was only able to get a loan from the bank for 80% - the seller, who is a family friend is carrying the other 20% which has a balloon payment due in 5 years. We took out the first payday loans when we incurred a bill for a septic pipe issue we had after we lived in the house for about 3 months ? it HAD TO BE fixed. We did not have savings ? what we had we used for closing costs and to buy my husband a better used pickup and his 1984 gmc was fast dying. I will also pay off the small bank loan I have and my two credit cards. At any rate, we have continued on a downward spiral trying to gain ground. A friend told us about Prosper and we just thought maybe you would recognize our sincerity. We just want to keep our house, try to refinance at the end of the prepay penalty period (3 years) and pay off the second. With the payday loans, we cannot make headway on our credit issues from our past. Please find us worthy and help keep our dream of keeping our house alive. With your help, we will have an extra almost 1,200.00 per month to pay off the Prosper loan AND to clear up credit while rebuilding savings for unforeseen circumstances. |
