Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay down some debt, and to have a little money in saving for emergencies. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because i work full-time and i am a non-traditional student at central Washington university. I currently have 8 credit cards and i want to get rid of them most have a zero balance but i have them for just in case. If i get this loan i wont need them. I am also in a lease to own option for a house and we will be assuming the loan on a 2005 3 bedroom 2 bath house and we just found out we have a baby on the way. I had some credit issues in the past but my credit is getting alot better and this will really help. The DQ is an unpaid speeding ticket which is being repaid. I never received a notice from the creditor and i am also disputing it. This loan will be paid back before the end of one year. Monthly net income: $ 2200.
