I bought two duplex in Albany, NY last month. I need $18000 for repairs so I can have it rented by nurses in the area. The two pictures that you see are the 2 buildings that I bought. It's located right across the hospital where all of my prospective tenanats work. I have a waiting list for my buildings. I just ran out of rehab money. I'm a real estate investor and I keep my credit good since I don't want any problems with my loan applications. I don't have any late payments. It's just that my credit is less than 5 years, thus a not so excellent credit rating. I did put 9k on each building. I already repaired one of the units. I just need the money to repair the rest.
