Hello, I am a first time user of prosper.com. I have an 'A' credit rating with an extremely low debt-income ratio. I plan on being a lender for prosper.com but before I lend my money away I would like to try this process out myself. I plan on using the loan to consolidate remaining credit card debt and to finish exterior work on our new house, sprinkler install and additional landscaping. I'm really not interested in any thing above 9% b/c I can get better rates on my credit card for exterior landscaping, so let's see if this works. |
