ABOUT ME I'm a single dad of three 10 year old daughters. Shortly after they were born I realized that I needed to start putting back for their college. After researching I started investing in rentals. I have 6 houses and a fourplex. My time goes to the girls and keeping up with the rentals. MY JOB I am an electronics technician for an oilfield service company. I have been with them for just over a year. Before this job I worked for a compeditor for about 23 years. I changed jobs because I got a better offer and more time off. I make $72,000/year with my job and profit about $15,000 from the rentals. REASON FOR THE LOAN The reason for the loan is to help get my most expensive rental ready to sell. The payments are $1028/month.(The high payment is the reason I'm selling it) I have had this home for 5 years and owe $75,000 on it. It is a 2200 square foot 4/2/2 house and comp homes in the neighborhood are selling for about $135,000. |
