I had to withdrawal my last listing as I just learned that I would have to wait 9 months to get a second loan on here so I needed more capital than I had originally requested to make a reasonable transition to Prosper. Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to lend back out. Let me assume the risk so you can keep your Portfolio more in tact. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have done 20 of these deals on my own and know how they work. I decided to start using Prosper to expand my customer base and outsource the paperwork side. Eventually, I will do larger blocks of loans but want to establish myself in this community first. As you can tell from my cash flow that after taxes my discretionary income is way more than enough to cover even if all loans defaulted.
