I have been with my "assignment" employer for 9+ years (the "Hired" employer is a contractor but I still work in the same building, job, location as I did for 9+ years). I am a part time Lender with Prosper and intend to increase my involvement. I have a number of referrals arriving at Prosper as of this writing. b) Explanation of Bad Credit: I have always been responsible with my finances but less than a year ago, my credit scores slipped from B+ to C because..I wanted to lower my interest rates last May, I didn't know of a place like Prosper, at the time. Settlements are now completed. .. Things have improved since last MAY 2007. Of the "3" deliquencies, one of them has been completely paid off, $2,402.06 as of March 31, 2008. Documentation to support this available. I initiated this process last year in earnest, not in arrogance. I was nieve at the time, because I didnt' realize how it affected so many other things, such as this site, etc. Please forgive any information confusion this causes. I am just being as clear as I can be on this. My DTI (debt to income ratio) is good... I'm asking for a chance to prove myself and to get my credit to where it should be. If you bid on my listing, I promise that I will not let you. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, You can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it. c) What I will do with the Money Loaned to me: $.3,500... will help pay off Credit Cards, ( I only need a little help with this, because I have other plans with my own source of income to improve my skills, and eventually improve my market/investment presence. It is all I ask of you, nothing more. Electricity:Wife pays this $60 Car is paid - Economy car 37mpg Food: $250 Insurance: $85 month - auto/renter's Clothing: $50 Credit Cards $250.00 Other: $ 490.00 per month (settlement payments Total Monthly Expenses : $2,040.00 Closing Remarks to Lenders: I am also authorizing "automatic' deduction from by account to pay back the Prosper Loan. Having a FIXED RATE makes this much simpler and less costly over time. |
