Purpose of loan:This loan will be used to open my new office in Los Angeles.I need to make a depsoit on an office which is 1st month rent plus 2 months;I am also buying normal office equipement expenses, some marketing materials.I already have put a lot of money into this new location but it would be nice to have a loan for the last part of it.I am also putting $1500 of it into marketing/printing costs. My financial situation:I am a good candidate for this loan because I dont have any past due accounts on my credit report.Even when i had past due accounts, i paid them eventually.I have great references professionally & personally. My credit score on Experian pulled today was 690. Its was 663 last week--its getting better, quickly.If you have questions, we can talk/email about it. I speak well and elequently about my business because i am very good at my job (marketing/events/PR) and work very hard. Monthly net income: $8000; Gross Sales Receipts 2006 & 2007=$301,000 each yearNote: I had the same listing posted last week that was funded.But, evidentally i put my income as $301,000 gross in the net place, so now my loan didn't get funded and i have to relist. I have given prosper my 2007 tax returns that show 65000 net income, 301,000 gross; In 2008 i am making a lot more money monthly. I am easliy netting $8000 month now and can provide an updated 2008 P & L statement to show that. My credit is now higher than it was when i first listed, a 690, but Prosper only updates every 30 days? so, it seems I will have to be listed as C credit now.
