Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay fees associated with the development of a waterview piece of property. Specifically the engineering, survey, grading, building permit and impact fees for the development of a valuable piece of river view property. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because my wife and I are dilligent in our paying our bills on time and we have put money away but I want to use this as a vehicle for capital. My wife and I have stable incomes. She has worked for the government for a few years and I have been with my company for over 14 years.
