I am waiting for the repayment of a loan to a relative. He has recently settled 2 lawsuits, but the monies are being held in escrow until the issue of excess medical expenses is clarified. Repayment is imminent but no exact date has been given. I borrowed much of the money I lent and need this loan to pay interest charges, as well as to consolidate some higher interest rate loans. I'm hopeful a bidding war will lower this loan's interest rate as well.
