Purpose of loan: I have several projects to work on in/around my home as well as some debt consolidation that I would like to take care of. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have great credit. Since establishing credit almost 10 years ago, I have never missed a payment and have financed many cars and several homes during that time, as well as established and paid off several revolving and installment loans. My DTI is very low, and next to my mortgage payment, this would be my only other installment loan obligation. |
