Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to replace my fence and deck at home. I was going to wait to use my tax refund check of 2009, but now will use that money to pay back this loan. A friend of a friend who does construction has offered to do the job at 40 cents on the dollar, from the previous quotes I got. Because of the severe downturn in home construction he's try to keep some key personnel busy. And he's was able to buy some very cheap fencing at a new home development that went bust. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have very stable work history (17+ yrs). And my job as a firefighter working for a city is also very secure and reliable. I also have a fico score of Transunion 682, Experian 682 and Equifax 665. Monthly net income: $6,708 firefighter pay before taxes $800 Part time job I've had for about 4 yrs. Very flexible part time job I work just about as many hrs as I want or need.
