I own a two family house which is in need of painting and some repair. I've already paid the contractor half down and rather than taking the other half from savings I'd rather borrow.
I'm self-employed and average 40K from my business I also receive $10,800 from the rent of the second apartment and receive $1736 per month disability benefit.
My mortgage payment is $1588 and includes taxes and insurance. All my other expenses are about $1200 per month.
