Purpose of loan: This loan will be used for additional working capital, inventory and further website development to meet increased customer demand. Financial I am a excellent candidate for this loan because I have been a previous borrower from Prosper.com and the loan was repaid in full early. This retail business is celebrating it's 10th year anniversary and it has two locations in addition to an on-line sales site. We are located in a historic scenic main street setting where there is local as well as tourist support, catering to middle and upper-level income buyers. I have been the sole owner since April 1999 to present. I am a woman with a Master's Degree with 30 years of administrative and management experience. The loan will be repaid from the daily sales revenue. Our gross revenues have increased six-fold since our beginning. The business was recently nominated for a Top Retailer award from a national magazine. |
