Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to payoff credit card debt that was used to cover the rents on investment properties that went vacant as well as the funds used to start a home business. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have good job stability. I have been on my job since I graduated from high school and I now manage 20 individuals and is up for promotion to Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations. I had "Excellent Credit" but due to the high balances on my credit cards and financial strain from vacant properties, it has dropped to "Good Credit". My credit means everything to me and I am trying to find a way to get it together. I am the mother of two, 11 year old daughter and 4 month old son. If I can alleviate my stress over bills, I would really appreciate it. |
