Purpose of loan: Ok, I am new to Prosper and the first time I was not as detailed. I would like to eliminate two high interest Credit Card because it is slowing eating away at me each month. Currently, my credit comes up as C grade due to the revolving debt on credit card. I noticed that there a diligency on my credit report but this INACCURATE and I am currently disputing it with all the reporting agencies. I have verified with AM Trust bank that the payment was not 30 days late. As a matter of fact, the representative stated that the rating is 1 which means the payment is always on time. The deligency is based upon an old house from my divorce which my ex-spouse has control over. I have contact my lawyer and he states that although it's still listed on my report because she has refinanced yet.. I am protected because of the final seperation agreeement. Obtaining this loan will help me to sleep easier at night and eliminate debt over a three year period. I will guarntee that I will not fail anyone that chooses to lend to me! My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have held a six figure position for the last three years. I am diligent in making sure payments are on-time and I care significantly about my Credit history. I currently have a vested interest in a company as of January 1st. This is the reason that I switched companies which makes my work history show up as two months. However, I worked for a Fortune 200 company for the past four years and earned $150,000 plus every year. Obviously, my new salary is in excess of that and it is with a stable company that has been around for 18 years. I have a pretty good 401K too. This would act as a back-up should anything ever happen. I would like not to touch it due to the 20% Federal Income tax and the 10% early withdrawal penalty. I am open to any questions that a lender would have. I am a very safe bet because I have little overhead outside of my Credit Card debt. Monthly net income: $ 6115.00 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 935.00 Insurance: $ 112.00 Car expenses: $ 0.00 (Reimbursed by my company) Utilities: $ 85.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 85.00 Food, entertainment: $ 300.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 100.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 1400.00 Other expenses: $ |
