Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to expand our product line and for a marketing campaign/strategy.  We have plans to expand outside the downtown area and launch franchises by this fall.  Our market research shows that we can greatly increase our sales by adding a wine bar and staying open later including longer hours on weekends.  This would be in addition to our Expresso and Food sales.  Our business has been in operation in the downtown Seattle for over four years and has been a cornerstone for many of our customers due to our distintive atmospher and friendly service.  We have an excellent location near 3 colleges and just a few blocks from the Cruise Ship Terminal.   On the weekend our neighbood bursts into life as it becomes one of the premier locations for people to come and relax. We believe we can take our cafe' to the next level and expand with your help.  

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because I have never defaulted on a loan in my life and have many assets at the Cafe' and another seperate business (mobile DJ) with assets also.  I am a homeowner and own 2 cars free and clear (one is a 2006, the other a 1997 Van for my other business).  I purchased this business with cash for over $100K (didn't take out any loans) and have 3 years left on the lease at the current location.  This is a family run restaurant and my son, (pictured with me above) manages the day to day operations.  I feel that with a little more capital, we can greatly increase the revenue generated from this business.
